Last night at about 8:00 p.m., TCU Police Department received a report that a female student was sexually assaulted in a TCU residential facility by a known acquaintance. The acquaintance is a 19-year-old black male, 5’ 10,” 160 pounds with short hair.

If you are sexually assaulted:
Call the police and seek medical attention immediately. Time is critical in such cases. On campus call 817-257-7777 and off campus dial 911.

Please program the TCU Police number 817-257-7777 into your cell phone as a favorite or a speed dial option.

Medical care and sexual assault exams may be obtained at John Peter Smith Hospital or Texas Health Resources Harris Hospital. TCU Police are available to take you to the hospital, but you may go without the police if you prefer. Seek counseling from TCU Mental Health and Counseling Center at 817-257-7863.
